Job Description
• Knowledge of Siebel Architecture 8.1+, design, solution development, and design from software and application points of view
• Telecom knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and to convince
• General idea of IT landscape, similar tools used
• Ability to work in high pressure, milestone-driven project plan
• Planning and estimating from requirements and change requests
• Empathy with the client and ensuring under all circumstances to maintain self/team discipline to serve the client for customer delight
