Qualifications
- Proven experience in silo operations, grain handling, or a related field (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality control procedures
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate teams, experience in a unionized setting is an asset
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using silo monitoring systems and inventory management tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must be able to work in environments with variable temperatures, including partial outdoor work and dusty conditions
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Requires Near/Far, Depth and Colour vision
