- Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
- Solving Batch job incidents, Provide end user supports.
- Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data
- Authorization management, System monitoring,
- Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issue
