Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 37 years of relevant experience in supply chain simulation, industrial engineering, or discrete event simulation
- Proficiency with simulation software such as FlexSim, AnyLogic, ANSYS (FEA/CFD), MATLAB/Simulink (dynamic systems), COMSOL
- Strong scripting skills in Python and R for data analysis and automating simulation tasks
- Proficiency in Python (scientific computing), C++ (high-performance tasks), MATLAB/R for data analysis and mathematical modeling
- Solid understanding of warehousing automation technologies (AGVs, sorters, AS/RS)
- Familiarity with WMS systems
- Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD for layout creation
