Job Description
Lead the development of control systems and algorithm development for batteries and battery thermal management systems
Create and simulate system state diagrams and algorithms
Evaluate and test state diagram and algorithm performance
Research and evaluate new innovative battery algorithm architectures and control techniques
Develop and maintain battery and battery thermal management system models
Thoroughly document control strategies, modelling techniques, and algorithms
Communicate design intent to mechanical and firmware development teams
What you must have:
Experience with control of high voltage battery systems
Experience with filter/estimator and algorithm design
Knowledge/Education
An undergraduate degree or higher in a relevant fiel
