Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulations
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Monitor site progress and performance of workers and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of material usage and labour costs
- Conduct site meetings with workers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in project scheduling and coordination
- Communicate project progress and site issues effectively to management
- Assist in interpreting technical drawings and designs
- Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
- Maintain good working relationships with workers, contractors, and suppliers
- Implement changes in project plans as required
