Your Role
- Lead the local technical Corporate Real Estate Services team
- Perform office inspections regularly and determine which issues need to be addressed, and plan to address the concern
- Maintain office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide a harmonious work culture of the employees
- Office Facilities Management
- Coordinate environmental/pest control schedules and requirements
- Coordinate electrical requirements and concerns
