About the business
The business is a leader in its category, part of a multi billion dollar organisation they boast numerous Australian sites. Reporting into the Operations Director based at one of their largest facilities in Western Sydney, this role takes control of the site maintenance team and all associated budgets with a focus on process and structure of the site trades.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Director and sitting on their leadership team you will hold full control for maintenance and site based engineering activities. Through your team of circa 12 trades and Engineering Coordinator (plus sub contract hire) your focus will be on ensuring plant equipment and line efficiencies are maintained while optimising maintenance costs.
