Contract Length: Circa 12-weeks
Location: Brighton
The Shore Group are working with a Sussex-based fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fitout and refurbishment project at Brighton MET College. The programme on site is expected to be 10-weeks, though the Client would like to get this individual in 2-weeks prior (Monday 29th June).
This individual will act as the No.1 on site for this fast-paced £1.5 million project, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
Note: Strong M&E knowledge is highly desirable.
