Job Summary
Responsible for the general administration of the plant's occupational health program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Fulfill the company's values and Safety Policies via preventive medicine service to employees, and attend to all injured or ill personnel to ensure their physical integrity.
- Transport injured or ill personnel using own knowledge and criteria; consult employee data and files to complete assigned reports.
- Comply with Injuries and Illness Prevention Audits each month.
- Fully comply with all Preventive Medicine Programs annually.
- Attend to all accidents or incidents where employees were injured.
- Maintain a minimum of 80% in Service Satisfaction survey.
- Maintain all certifications required by the company.
- Comply with the review of this Job Description, personal development plan and performance evaluation plan within the established time.
