Job Description
Responsibilities:
Improve and manage infrastructure to drive efficiency and scalability.Write and review code, develop documentation, capacity plans, and optimize service costs.Set up Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and engage with partner teams to develop, track, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).Implement monitoring for infrastructure and applications.Share an on-call rotation with partner teams and serve as an escalation contact for service incidents. B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in building software solutions.Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.Proven experience with building services, supportability, and monitoring infrastructures.<...
