Job Qualifications:
Technical support and troubleshooting: Work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer Work experience with both web and mobile applications Good knowledge and understanding of Azure foundation components or Google Cloud Platform Familiarity in ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai or Adobe services Observability & monitoring: Work experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Appdynamics Process improvements: Experience in process improvements or automations Experience in any programming languages such as Python/Java Demonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
