Key Qualifications:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
- Hands‑on experience with web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of Azure foundational components or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with ServiceNow , Confluent , Akamai , or Adobe services
Observability & Monitoring
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or AppDynamics
Process Improvements
- Background in process automation or improvement initiatives
