Our client is looking for skilled Site Superintendents and Assistant Site Superintendents to oversee the daily operations of their residential construction projects.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and coordinate all construction activities from start to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of homes.
• Implement and manage on-site safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Oversee subcontractor scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
• Manage material deliveries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure correct take-offs and proper installation procedures.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring new staff.
• Set departmental goals and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Perform additional tasks to support project success as needed.
