Job SummaryScott Builders Inc. is hiring a Site Superintendent to lead a commercial construction project. This full‑time, site‑based role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, and quality standards. A typical day begins by reviewing the construction schedule and coordinating with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and trades. Throughout the day, the superintendent oversees site operations, leads job‑site meetings, and ensures work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
