Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent – Painting to supervise and execute painting and coating activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong site management experience and BGAS Level 2 certification, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily painting and blasting activities at site
Ensure work execution as per project specifications and standards
Coordinate with project engineers, QC inspectors, and client representatives
Monitor manpower deployment and productivity
Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
