Site Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise daily operations and lead on-site teams or subcontractors tomeet project deadlines. Ensure all work follows technical blueprints, design specifications, andquality standards. Implement and monitor strict health and safety policies to maintain ahazard-free work environment. Act as the primary link between the Project Manager, engineers, and workersattend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise. Maintain daily logs of work progress, equipment usage, and worker attendance. Job Requirements: Related Diploma or Degree in a technical field (Engineering,Construction Management) Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in on-site supervision or a similar technicalrole. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, andproject schedules. Possesion of safety certificates (e.g. BCSS in Singapore or relevant OSHA/TESDAcertificates) is mandatory. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to solve problems underpressure.
