About the company 

Design and Build are recruiting for a site supervisor on behalf of a successful medium-density builder in Melbourne.

Our clients are looking for a supervisor who has a minimum of 4 years of local residential construction supervision experience in the medium-density or multi-residential sectors.

About the role 

- Sites in Eumemmerring.
- Supervising medium-density projects.
- Looking after up to 28x double storey townhouses. 

Skills & experience 

- Minimum of 4 years experience in medium-density or multi-residential supervision.
-  Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Ability to liaise with clients and trades.
- Background in carpentry is ideal.
