Your role will impact production operations significantly by identifying and resolving issues in real-time. With at least 4 years of experience in SRE or DevOps, you will use your expertise to enhance incident resolution protocols and streamline internal communication during operational challenges. Your insights will help shape better processes through trend analysis and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor operational metrics and dashboards
• Triage production incidents and manage ticketing system
• Lead lower-severity incidents through to resolution
• Provide support during major incidents with detailed data
• Compile and analyze data for incident reporting
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in technical operations in high-availability setups
