You will mentor new staff and actively participate in quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and deliver personalized resident care
• Ensure safety through medication administration
• Document care plans and monitor resident progress
• Mentor and support new colleagues and students
• Engage in improvement huddles for better care delivery
Requirements:
• Must have CNO registration in good standing
• Complete Vulnerable Sector Screening check
• Updated TB 2 Step within the last year
