Breight Group is seeking an experienced SMP Estimator to join our growing Pre-Contracts team. Working closely with the Pre-Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of tenders across infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative bidding team delivering complex, high-value projects, while contributing to innovative and sustainable construction solutions.
About the Role
As an SMP Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates from first principles, supporting the full tender lifecycle from early planning through to handover to delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop accurate SMP cost estimates, including escalation analysis
- Compile detailed material take-offs and bills of quantities
