Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Social Media & Content Assistant to support the growth of a storytelling-driven personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is a hands‑on role focused on content execution, platform support, and day‑to‑day coordination. The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to help bring content ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Execution
• Assist in creating monthly plans for reels, stories, and carousels
• Draft captions, hooks, and basic scripting outlines
• Repurpose existing long‑form content into short‑form formats
• Light video editing (cutting clips, adding captions, formatting for platforms)
• Organize and batch content for scheduled posting
