Enhance patient care at the Acute Care Program as a part-time Social Worker with Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority in Gimli. Focus on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and family support services.
This position requires an experienced Social Worker to join an interdisciplinary team committed to patient and family well-being. You will offer psycho-social support that addresses individual needs and facilitates health interventions. Outside of direct patient dealings, you’ll play an essential role in connecting families to community resources, promoting a thorough understanding of health care processes, all while adhering to the organization's mission.
