Location: Hereford City | Contract: Permanent | Hours: 37 | Salary: £36,363 – £40,777 + £3,000 Welcome Payment | Closing date: 18 June 2026

- Conduct Care Act assessments and develop person‑centred support plans.
- Perform Mental Capacity assessments, Section 42 enquiries, and Mental Capacity/Section 42 procedures.
