Software Applications Programmer (IBM iSeries / RPG)
to join our collaborative, growth-driven team. This role plays a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining core in-house applications that power healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Role Overview
The Software Applications Programmer will be responsible for developing and supporting applications running on IBM AS/400 (iSeries) systems. This includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, debugging and optimizing existing systems, supporting healthcare data workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA.
This role requires both strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Operations and Client Success.
