Software Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will help the business implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program, communicate them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners and provide support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Has experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML)
• Amenable to work 5x a week onsite in Malate, Manila
• Willing to accept Project-Based Type of Employment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team
• Identify, document, and analyze business requirements
• Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions
• Modernize systems and processes
