Software Developer

Mono is a challenger bank for SMBs in Latin America. We are building our banking platform on Elixir + Phoenix + LiveView. We are looking for software developers passionate about Elixir and building new things.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain our banking platform using Elixir + Phoenix + LiveView.
2. Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
3. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 1 year+ experience as a software developer with Elixir + Phoenix and LiveView.
2. 2 years+ experience in web/APIs development.
3. Experience working at a startup (preferred).
4. Experience in fintech (super preferred).
