• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Work with a team in system study, solution design, and program coding.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging capability.
• Positive attitude, proactive ownership, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
• Write clean, modular, robust, and maintainable code to implement requirements with little or no supervision.
• Strong code review capability: able to review PRs for logic, security, performance, maintainability, and coding standards; provide constructive feedback.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: architecture thinking, data structures, API design, database design, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
