Role Summary

The Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support the company's products and platforms. Depending on experience level, the role may range from execution-focused development to technical leadership, system design, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain application features and systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Design
• Support application deployments and production maintenance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes
