**SUMMARY**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage projects and tasks within a Full Software Development Life Cycle using Team Foundation Server
- Demonstrate a good understanding of.Net framework, OOP, SQL Database concepts
- Work / communicate with business analysts to understand business requirements in order to complete technical design documents, coding, unit testing and implementation of projects
- Work / communicate with quality assurance personnel for test cases
- Be a team player in a dynamic environment and have a willingness to learn and grow as a team
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, the team and the company.
