About the Role:
· This position is responsible for Software Support and Development with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness.
· The primary purpose of the position is to support and develop corporate systems.
· The ideal candidate should have a Software Development background with the ability to quickly learn new development skills.
· This position will work with Business units and the Technology Group.
Application Support
o Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users.
o Effectively communicate with the user community.
o Assist other IT support teams with queries around applications integration issues.
o Run ad-hoc database queries to troubleshoot issues.
o Troubleshoot and isolate issues effectively and efficiently at the database and application code levels.
Development
o Design and Develop application interfaces as small standalone functionality and as part of larger integrated applicatio...
