• Solid understanding of HR operations with experience in employee data management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with HR clients, cross-functional teams, and IT
• Ability to gather accurate information to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to prioritize workload, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution
• Proven capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Workday HCM experience or formal training required
• Functional experience in Time Tracking, Reporting, Compensation, and Benefits is preferred
