Software Development Lead

Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the Software Development Lead is a senior position in the Software Development and Information Technology teams. This role has 3 main purposes:

1. Designing and delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and introduce new capabilities for the LP Financial team and advisors
2. Supporting the operation and evolution of key dealer systems and technology platforms, including internally developed applications and third-party systems, in collaboration with infrastructure and security leadership
3. Mentoring and developing junior software developers, providing guidance on software design, coding standards, development practices, and effective use of technology to strengthen team capability and long-term maintainability.
