The role is hybrid (company very flexible, with limited travelling required to the office in Berlin).
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Implement best practices in software development processes, including agile methodologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze project objectives and requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and areas for improvement.
