Job Description
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Manage project activities, including service projects, to ensure on-time delivery by identifying critical paths, tracking interdependencies, and adjusting schedules as needed
Support Warehouse Management System (WMS/WCS) applications, including design, implementation, deployment, customization/configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance
Provide software support to existing clients, including troubleshooting, system recovery, audits, and handling IT software hotline inquiries
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to secure necessary resources across different project phases, including application support and change requests
Gather and analyze client requirements during technical discussions, and manage technical proposals, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and software presentations
