Software Engineer

Plateau is accepting applications for a Software Engineer for our Clovis, NM Headquarters location. 

This position designs, develops, and maintains software applications related to all company business systems. The Software Engineer is responsible for evaluating both short-term and long-term end-user needs, researching, and developing new applications or modifying existing ones to meet those needs. 

Minimum requirements to apply include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study, as well as familiarity with accepted programming procedures and languages, such as Python. Prior experience using or developing AI applications is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
