Key Responsibilities
Analyse and improve test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and robustness across engineering workflows.
Support automation initiatives, including developing scripts, digital tools, and interactive dashboards for real‑time monitoring and reporting.
Collect, clean, and analyse test data to uncover process insights and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, test, and digitalization teams to drive continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 transformation projects.
Participate in automation/digitalization solution design, contributing ideas from concept through implementation.
Document workflows, technical procedures, and project outcomes to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
Explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, or frameworks that could enhance test engineering capabilities (e.g., ML-based test prediction, intelligent automation, etc.).
