<h3>Job Description</h3><br /><p>We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. </p><p>The Software Engineer will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):</p><p>Use customer tools (i.e., AppDynamics, ServiceNow) to develop and maintain dashboards that display useful system monitoring information for leadership and end users</p><p>Provide guidance to end users on how to make adjustments to system dashboards</p><p>Use experience and data trends to determine what system monitoring information/metrics should be collected and displayed to add value to the end user</p><p>Use experience with customer’s monitoring tools and knowledge of customer’s strategic objectives to identify areas of improvement and recommend implementation plans</p><p>Research, design, develop,...
