Job Description
Familiar to Oracle Cloud Solutions, assist the development manager and be a technical resource for supporting HR Connect integration interfaces.
Build interfaces to provide seamless and automated integration between HR Connect and other application systems such as NetIQ/AD, ADP, OS Concepts
Utilize SQL, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint to extract and manipulate large amounts of data, perform analysis and create executive level reporting
Support the publication of HR trends, dashboards and predictions and ad-hoc reports globally
Ensure all ad hoc requests are serviced within agreed SLA and of highest quality
Provide technical support to HR Service Centres and Shared Services
Provide technical support on the delivery of analytics and reporting according to a defined schedule that supports the requirements of Analytics & Reporting and the client
Ensure adherence to information security guidelines on CWT sensitive employee data
