Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in application or production support
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience supporting distributed systems
- Proficiency in backend frameworks, especially Java/Spring Boot, Python, and JavaScript-based backend services
- Experience working with Azure, GCP/UDP, BigQuery, and Databricks
- Strong RDBMS experience with MS SQL and DB2
