Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work with delivery manager to develop and implement applications to support Business needs.
- Liaise with the infrastructure support and development teams.
- Support L2/L3 day‑to‑day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests and ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs.
- Ensure adherence of development practice (Waterfall and Agile), standards and updated documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge on front‑end frameworks such as ReactJS and back‑end frameworks such as Spring boot.
- Able to contribute individually and collaborate well with cross‑functional team.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced collaborative environment.
- Hands‑on experience in Linux, Unix is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with vendors to resolve complex technical issues is an added advantage.
