Overview Engineering at TRACTIAN The Engineering team at TRACTIAN is responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that powers our products: from advanced industrial monitoring systems to our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and complex integrations with enterprise systems. We work with massive volumes of IoT data, real-time streams, and mission-critical services that demand performance, resilience, and reliability. Backend and Integrations teams play a vital role in ensuring our platform seamlessly connects with the external ecosystem of ERPs, CRMs, and other mission-critical enterprise tools, while also driving scalability and robustness across Tractian’s backend architecture.
