Location: UK (Hybrid – offices in Oxford area - 1 day per month)

We’re working with a growing technology-led organisation going through an exciting period of scale and transformation.

They’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and support multiple development teams, with a strong focus on people, delivery health, and stakeholder alignment. This role isn’t about being the most hands-on coder, it’s about creating the right environment for engineers to do their best work.

You’ll work closely with Tech Leads, Product, and senior stakeholders to ensure teams are happy, productive, and delivering value at a sustainable pace.
