Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree required. Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in selling bespoke enterprise technology solutions within a consultative B2B environment. Background in custom software delivery or systems integration is strongly preferred over product based or packaged solution sales.
• Ability to independently source, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research.
• Strong sales background within technology services such as cloud platforms, application development, or secure engineering environments.
• At least three years of experience managing and developing sales teams, consistently delivering revenue growth and meeting performance targets.
