• Salary guide: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour.

Your normal day will involve:

• Installing photovoltaic (PV) modules on single-axis tracking systems.
• Assembling and aligning racking structures and torque tubes.
• Securing panels according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensuring safe manual handling and practices at heights.
• Assisting with trenching, cable pulling, and grounding as required.
• Reporting safety or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work zones.
