Solution Architect – SaaS Assisted Channels Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities within the Foundations tower.


• Design and evolve scalable architectures for omnichannel servicing platforms, customer interaction management, data and analytics capabilities, event‑driven integrations, customer view and servicing platforms, real‑time and historical processing.


• Define and enforce technical standards, integration patterns, security frameworks, architecture governance principles, scalability and resiliency standards.
