Your Role
The Solution Engineer bridges the gap between technical implementation and customer success. You’ll support both pre-sales and post-sales phases, guiding customers through complex onboarding, integrations, and advanced use cases.
You work closely with sales, customer success, onboarding teams, and customer security leaders; translating Hoxhunt’s technical capabilities into solutions that fit customers infrastructure, security policies, and business goals.
