Job Description
As a Solution Mining Engineer at Bethune Mine, you'll oversee technical operations of potash caverns and associated infrastructure. This role requires collaboration with engineering teams and active participation in hands-on training.
In this position, you will manage various aspects of solution mining operations while supporting field decisions and documentation efforts. Your strong engineering background, along with skills in data management, will enable success. This role includes hands-on responsibilities as well as design input for new mining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review sample data and down-hole wireline logs
• Plan wireline logging and service rig workovers
• Provide guidance to the Wellfield Supervisor
• Assist in operational documentation updates
• Contribute to design of new mining infrastructure
