Overview
Solutions Designer responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-level hosting and application solutions that align with client business requirements, technology standards, and operational best practices. This role focuses on developing scalable and highly available solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies, while translating complex business needs into functional designs, application flows, business architecture artefacts, wireframes, and technical documentation, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to support solution implementation, user experience and accessibility standards, testing strategies, risk analysis, and overall system optimization within large-scale, mission-critical environments, ideally within the public sector.
