Solutions implementation lead (ai ops / managed operations services)

In order to be considered the following is required: 7–12 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems Responsibilities
